The site and app are also designed to help Walmart workers better find jobs.
Walmart says that while it can’t guarantee that the application will help job seekers get jobs, it will “provide a better search experience for our customers.”
The company also says that the new application is currently only available to Walmart workers in the U.S. The Walmart online application is the latest initiative from the company to offer its customers a way to find jobs online and improve its online shopping experience.
The retail giant also introduced a new mobile app in January, which is meant to let customers search the company’s sites and apply for jobs.
