Roosterhood application to hire 2,000 new workers in Orlando
Orlando (AP) Rooster and company are planning to hire two,000 workers by the end of the year to help them expand the company’s workforce.
Roosterhood is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the U.S. and employs more than 1,000 people in Orlando.
Its parent company, Rooster House Inc., opened its first U.K. office in 2018.
The company has expanded beyond its existing headquarters in the Orlando area to create new office buildings in Chicago, New York and New Jersey.
The company is currently working on an expansion in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The expansion has been helped by the recent approval of the state’s second round of the Affordable Care Act, known as Obamacare.
The law is expected to cost Rooster Hood up to $100 million in lost state tax revenue over a decade.
